General Conditions & Remarks:
- Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable
- Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation Rates may change if traveling dates are changed or Currency Rates.
- We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days, and the balance before 10 Days of the travel date
- Tour programs may be shuffled due to inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ operations, which may incur extra charges.
- In the case of cancellation of the trip, we shall process the refund as per the policy of Hotel/Services,
- efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of the total cost of the package.
- The vehicle/Train is used for guests but will not be at disposal. It will be as per the contract & will change every day and sector-wise.
- Most hotels follow an early Check/ Check time (1500hrs- 1200 hr) policy, early check-in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely at the hotel’s discretion
- All extras other than those mentioned above are payable directly to the hotel/ service provider.
