General Conditions & Remarks:
- Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable
- Confirmation will be subject to availability at the time of reservation. Rates may change if travel dates or currency rates change.
- We shall proceed with the holding/confirmation, and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days, and the balance before 10 Days of the travel date
- Tour programs may be shuffled due to inclement weather conditions and changes in flights/operations, which may incur extra charges.
- In the case of cancellation of the trip, we shall process the refund as per the policy of the Hotel/Services.
- efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of the total cost of the package.
- The vehicle/train is used for guests but will not be at their disposal. It will be as per the contract & will change every day and sector-wise.
- Most hotels follow an early check-in/check-out time (1500 hrs.-1200 hrs.) policy; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and is completely at the hotel’s discretion
- All extras other than those mentioned above are payable directly to the hotel/service provider.
